Instructions
- Preheat your oven to medium heat (about 425°F). Use store-bought dough or make your own pizza dough with my homemade pizza dough recipe. Divide the dough into 2 or 3 balls, depending on the desired size of your pizzas. Roll out the dough thinly and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, crushed red pepper flakes, ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and water.
- Use ¼ cup of the sauce as a base for each pizza, and toss the cooked chicken with the remaining sauce. Sprinkle ¾ cup of mozzarella cheese on each pizza crust.
- Distribute the chicken and sliced red onions over the pizza, and top with the remaining ¼ cup of cheese.
- Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust begins to turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with bean sprouts, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro before serving. Add chopped, dry roasted peanuts for an extra crunch.
Notes
- Yield: Makes enough for 2 medium-size pizzas.
