Banana pancakes are naturally sweetened, fluffy, and easy to make. The mild banana flavor with a hint of vanilla is just right! If you love pancakes, you’ll go bananas for these!

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large bananas mashed
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg beaten
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter for cooking
Instructions
- Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add in mashed banana, milk, beaten egg and vanilla extract. Stir to combine the batter together.
- Preheat a pan with a bit of butter on medium low. Add a scoop of pancake batter, leaving space between each one.
- Cook on each side for about 2-3 minutes or until the pancakes are golden brown. Repeat until you ran out of batter, adding a bit of unsalted butter each time. Serve & Enjoy!
