Ingredients
- 1 tbsp paprika **Use sweet or smoked
- 2¼ tsp black pepper freshly cracked
- 2¼ tsp kosher salt
- 2¼ tsp garlic powder
- 2¼ tsp onion powder
- 1½ tsp thyme dried
- 1½ tsp oregano dried
- 1 tsp parsley dried
- ½ tsp Coriander
- ¼ tsp dried mustard
- ¼-⅛ tsp cayenne pepper Use less if you don't want much spice, to taste
Instructions
- Combine the paprika, black pepper, salt, ground garlic, onion powder, thyme, oregano, parsley, coriander, dried mustard, and cayenne pepper, in an airtight jar. Seal with the lid and shake to combine.
- Store in a cool dark place in an airtight container for up to 2 years.
