This easy, quick green smoothie recipe is seriously so good. It's the perfect healthy breakfast that helps boost your gut health and tastes delicious.

Ingredients
- ½ large avocado
- 1 granny smith apple
- ½ Long English Cucumber
- 4 stalks of celery
- 1 small handful of kale
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1 knob of ginger
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Small handful of basil + mint
- 1 ½ - 2 cups coconut water
- 1/2 – 1 cup ice cubes
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Remove the kale from the stem and core the apple.
- Cut the apples, cucumber, and celery into smaller pieces.
- Add all of the ingredients to the blender
- Blend until smooth.
- Adjust flavour to taste and enjoy!!!
Notes
- Customize your smoothie by adding more of ANY of the ingredients. Even add in some parsley or cilantro!
- Enjoy the smoothie immediately or store in a jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
