- 5 tablespoons (1 1/2oz/44g) Psyllium Husk Powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup (8floz/225ml) boiling water
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds, optional

- *If for some reason you cant find psyllium husk, you can substitute ground flax or flax meal.
