We've perfect spinach artichoke dip with this creamy, cheesy, flavorful recipe! This one gets requested time and again, so be prepared to make this your new go to dip!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 ounces artichoke hearts diced (canned)
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed
- Tortilla chips, crackers, Hawaiian rolls, for serving

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, salt and pepper. Beat with a mixer on medium speed until well combined.
- Drain the artichokes and spinach very well, removing as much liquid as possible. Add to the mayo mixture and stir by hand to combine.
- Spread into an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
- Serve dip warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or Hawaiian rolls for dipping.
Notes
- If you'd like a bit of spice in your dip, stir in a teaspoon of red pepper flakes. For even more of a kick, add minced jalapeno.
- To make this in the slow cooker, follow the recipe as directed but add directly to a slow cooker and cook on low heat until the cheese is melted and everything is nicely combined, about 1-2 hours.
