Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries approx 6-8
  • 1 banana frozen if possible
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup orange juice or Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • ice
  • 6 ounces Greek yogurt OPTIONAL

Instructions

  1. Blend blueberries, strawberries, banana, spinach, orange juice, water, and ice until smooth. Add optional greek yogurt.
  2. **Use frozen fruit, if possible. Freeze bananas by peeling them and placing them in freezer bags.
