Ti’ punch, meaning “little punch” in Creole, is a rum-based drink popular in Haiti, Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana and other French-speaking Caribbean islands.

Ingredients
- 1 oz. white cane sugar syrup (or brown)
- 3 oz. white Barbancourt rum
- ¼ whole lime
- A few slices lime (unpeeled), for serving
Instructions
- Pour the cane sugar syrup and the Barbancourt white rum directly into the glass.
- Add the lime juice and zest.
- Stir with a cocktail spoon.
- Serve as is or with ice.
- Add 2 to 3 slices of lime to the rim of the glass and into the drink.
