Extra creamy and delicious, this Tofu Smoothie is packed with protein. It is so filling and easy to make! I used cherries and bananas in this tofu smoothie but you can use whatever frozen fruit you prefer!

Ingredients
- 1½ cup milk
- 2 cups frozen fruit such as cherries
- ½-1 sliced frozen bananas
- 11 oz extra soft tofu or silken tofu
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until creamy. Add more milk if you want a thinner consistency.
