- 300 g pasta Penne
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion Finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic Minced
- 400 g tomatoes Canned
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- salt To taste
- black papper To taste
- basil For garnish
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
