  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • 2 tablespoon passata
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 6 cherry tomato sliced
  • 80 g mozzarella cheese torn, light
  • 40 g cheddar cheese grated, reduced fat
  • 10 g arugula aka rocket
  • extra virgin olive oil (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C(fan)/400°F/Gas 6.
  2. In a small bowl mix together 2 tablespoon Passata, 0.5 teaspoon Garlic granules and 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
  3. Spread the sauce over 2 Tortilla wraps
  4. Add 40 g Reduced fat cheddar, 6 Cherry tomatoes (sliced) and then 80 g Light Mozzarella.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and is golden.
  6. Serve topped with 10 g Rocket (arugula) and a drizzle of Extra virgin olive oil (optional).

Notes

  • Add dried oregano over cheese before baking for enhanced flavor.
  • Mix BBQ sauce or hot sauce into the passata to vary the pizza sauce taste.
