Ingredients
For the Mocktail (this is per one 16 oz mason jar)
- 2 TBS berry puree
- ¼ cup berry simple syrup
- 1 cup Sprite
- ¾ tsp lime juice
- ice
For the Berry Simple Syrup
- 2 cups water
- 2 coops Vital Proteins Mixed Berry Collagen Peptides
- ¾ cup sugar
For the Berry Puree
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries - strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries
- ½ cup sugar
Instructions
For the Mocktail
- Combine puree, berry simple syrup, Sprite, and lime juice together. Pour over pebble ice.
- Serve garnished with berries and/or lime.
For the Berry Simple Syrup
- Combine water, Vital Proteins' Mixed Berry Collagen Peptides, and sugar in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Allow to boil until water and peptides are totally dissolved the remove from heat.
For the Berry Puree
- Blend fresh berries and sugar together in blender until totally smooth.
