  • 140 g spaghetti
  • 80 g peas frozen
  • 110 g tuna canned; drained
  • 2 tablespoon basil finely chopped, fresh
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 20 kalamata olives halved
  • 5 sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice only
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes Optional to serve

Instructions

  1. Add 140 g Spaghetti to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 12 minutes. 5 minutes before the pasta is ready, add 80 g Frozen peas.
  2. Drain and spaghetti and peas and put back in the pan with 110 g Tuna, 2 tablespoon Fresh basil, 1 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper, 20 Kalamata olives, 5 Sun-dried tomatoes, 2 tablespoon Olive oil, juice of 1 Lemon and 0.5 teaspoon Red chilli flakes.
  3. Stir well and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Substitute spaghetti with any pasta shape to suit preference.
  • Top with shredded Parmesan or alternate cheeses like cheddar, goat, or feta.
  • Fresh herbs such as parsley, dill, or chives can replace basil.
