Turkey Cranberry Sliders Recipe

Turn holiday leftovers into easy Turkey Cranberry Sliders! These easy-to-assemble sliders are a blend of turkey, ham, cranberry, and cheese, tucked into soft buns and baked to melty perfection.

Ingredients
- 12 hawaiian rolls
- 12 slices Provolone cheese
- 1/2 pound deli ham or leftover ham
- 1/2 pound deli turkey or leftover turkey
- 8-10 slices Bacon
- ¾ cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon minced dried onion

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Slice your Hawaiian rolls in half.
- Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish and layer with provolone, ham, turkey, bacon, and another layer of provolone cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce and Dijon mustard.
- Spread the cranberry mixture on the inside of the top half of the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls on the layer of meat and cheese.
- Put the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and melt it.
- Use a pastry brush to coat the top of the rolls with butter mixture.
- Sprinkle with the poppy seeds and minced onion or bagel seasoning.
- Cover the baking dish and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- Then, take the foil off and let it cook for an additional 5-8 minutes to brown the rolls.
Notes
- Store leftovers in airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Switch out the cheese for your favorite kind. Gouda or Swiss cheese works well in this recipe.
- A little sprinkle of parsley on top looks great.
- You can use just ham or just turkey if you prefer.
