Ingredients
Cookie ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted sweet cream butter softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 4 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 containers of Wilton springtime pearlized jimmies
- 1 bag of Wilton pink heart sprinkles
Frosting ingredients
- 2 cups unsalted sweet cream butter softened
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 3-5 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- pink gel food coloring
- small angled spatula

Instructions
Cookie Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Gradually mix in to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in one container of sprinkles into the dough.
- Scoop dough into the prepared baking dish and lightly flatten with your hands.
- Place into the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
Frosting directions
- Using a standing mixer, beat together the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy whipping cream.
- Beat on medium speed until smooth and stiff peaks form.
- Beat in a few drops of pink food coloring until combined.
- Using a angled spatula, frost the top of the cookie bars.
- Sprinkle with the remaining sprinkles.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
- Makes 1 9x13 baking dish.
