Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 Tablespoons butter softened
- 6 ounces white chocolate chips about 3/4 cup
- 1 container vanilla frosting
Instructions
- Line an 8 X 8 inch pan with Parchment paper, and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the Eggs, Sugar, and Vanilla, and stir until well blended. Add the softened Butter, Flour and pinch of Salt, and stir to blend. Add the White Chocolate Chips, and stir. Pour the Vanilla Brownie batter into the pan, and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- When Brownies are done, remove from the oven to a wire rack, and cool completely. When cool, Frost with the Vanilla Frosting, and generously sprinkle White Chocolate Chips on top.
- Serve, and enjoy!
