Vegan Mango Lassi

This Vegan Mango Lassi blends ripe mangoes with plant-based yogurt and milk, sweetened with maple syrup and flavored with lime juice and cinnamon. The smoothie-style drink is creamy with tropical fruit brightness and a hint of warming spice. It can be garnished with crushed pistachios and fresh mint for added texture and fragrance.

Description

The recipe starts by peeling and chopping ripe mangoes to add thick natural sweetness and vibrant flavor. Plant-based yogurt and milk create a creamy base suitable for vegan diets. Lime juice brightens the blend, while maple syrup gently sweetens. A touch of cinnamon adds subtle warmth and complexity.

Ingredients are blended until smooth, resulting in a cool, refreshing drink with a rich texture and balanced flavors. Garnishes like crushed pistachios contribute crunch, while fresh mint adds a cooling herbal note.

Alternative spices such as turmeric, nutmeg, or cardamom can be used to vary the flavor profile, allowing for a personalized twist on the classic mango lassi experience.
