  • 1 pound ground beef prepared taco seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken both work great, prepared as taco meat

Topping options (all to taste):

  • 1 1/2 cups cheese shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
  • onion to taste, diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Open each bag of Doritos. You may crunch up the Doritos for easier eating or keep the chips big.
  2. Add 1/3 cup of cooked meat to each bag of Doritos.
  3. Add additional toppings, to taste.

Notes

  • Substitute ground chicken, turkey, or rotisserie chicken for ground beef as preferred.
  • For a vegetarian version, omit meat and increase beans such as kidney, pinto, or black beans.
