How to make watermelon juice FAST with just a watermelon and a blender! Options for add-ins and cocktail recipes included!

Ingredients
- 1 small watermelon (seedless) (1 small watermelon yields ~5 cups or 492 g cubed)
- 1-2 Tbsp lime juice (optional)
OTHER ADD-INS (optional)
- fresh ginger
- coconut water
Instructions
- It’s important to select a ripe, juicy, sweet watermelon (this is key for best flavor!). Choose a seedless watermelon, or remove seeds before blending
- If you prefer chilled watermelon juice, scoop and refrigerate your watermelon BEFORE blending so it’s nice and cool and refreshing and ready for serving right away (optional).
- Add sliced watermelon to a high-speed blender and blend on high until well blended. You can add a bit of lime juice to taste at this point if you’d prefer some acidity. Or include other optional add-ins such as fresh ginger for zing or coconut water for sweetness and electrolytes.
- Straining is optional (we recommend a fine mesh strainer) if you prefer a smoother, pulp-free juice. We don’t find it necessary, though.
- Enjoy fresh or over ice. If you can’t enjoy it right away, store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 2-3 days. Or, freeze into popsicles or ice cube molds. Watermelon ice cubes can be blended into smoothies, margaritas, or frozen cocktails or used as ice cubes in sparkling water or tonics for a delicious and colorful treat!
