A refreshing Watermelon Margarita is the absolute best way to cool down on a hot day. Simply blend frozen watermelon with tequila, triple sec or Grand Marnier, and lime juice, then add a bit of sweetness with agave nectar.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. watermelon chunks seedless, frozen, about 2 ½ cups
- 3 oz. tequila silver or reposado
- 2 oz. Cointreau Triple Sec or Grand Marnier
- 1.5 oz. lime juice freshly squeezed, or 3 tablespoons
- 1-2 Tbsp. agave nectar

Instructions
- Freeze watermelon chunks at least 4 hours in advance.
- Add all ingredients, except the agave nectar, to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until completely smooth and no chunks remain.
- Blend in the agave nectar until your desired sweetness is reached. Serve the watermelon margarita in a salted rim with a wedge of lime and enjoy!
