These are a delicious adults-only way to beat the summertime heat!

Ingredients
- 1 small seedless watermelon cubed (approximately 3lbs)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt or sea salt flakes
- Lime slices to suspend inside the ice pops

Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into cubes and place cubes into blender. Mix until smooth.
- Next, add the lime juice, tequila, and Himalayan salt and blend until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for about 2 - 2.5 hrs.
- Remove the popsicle molds from the freezer, and add in the lime slices. Freeze for an additional 4 - 5 hrs until fully frozen.
- Remove the watermelon margarita popsicles from the mold and serve.
