White Chocolate Mocha Starbucks Copycat

Perfect to sweeten up the love of your life this Valentine's day! Creamy white chocolate coffee topped with whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 50 g white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 hot of espresso I used a Starbucks Nespresso pod
- 100 ml whole milk or any alternative
- Whipped Cream
- Decorations - white choc stars & pink hearts optional
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small saucepan on a low heat (or in a microwave in short ten second bursts). Stir as it melts until a creamy sauce consistency has been achieved.
- Make your espresso as you normally do and pour into the mug you'll be using. I used a starbucks Nespresso pod in my Nespresso machine. Meanwhile, froth or steam your milk as you usually would. I used my Lavazza A Modo Mio frother.
- Pour in the chocolate sauce and stir until all the lumps are gone.
- Once steamed or frothed, pour the milk foam over your coffee.
- Top with whipped cream and decorations if you wish! Enjoy!
