Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) bag white chocolate or white chocolate melting wafers
- 8 ounces salted dry roasted peanuts
- red sprinkles optional
- green sprinkles optional

Instructions
- Gently melt chocolate over a water bath or in the microwave. For microwave: add to a microwave safe bowl, and cook on 15 second incraments, stiring between each heating, until fully melted and smooth. For water bath: Add a small pot to the stove with 1 cup water. Heat the water until boiling and turn down to low. Top with heat safe bowl, add chocolate chips, and gently stir until melted.
- Once melted add in peanuts and stir to combine.
- Lay out parchment paper and spoon 2 tablespoon-sized clusters onto the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with sprinkles and let harden, about 10 minutes.
- Enjoy once fully cooled and set.
