  • 125 gms wholemeal flour 1 cup
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 125 ml water or as needed, ½ cup, lukewarm
  • 2 teaspoons ghee optional
  • wholemeal flour for rolling

Notes

  • Chapatis can be kept outside for up to 2 days wrapped in aluminum foil or in an air-tight container. They can also be stored in the fridge for 5-6 days. Re-heat in a skillet.
