Ingredients
- 125 gms wholemeal flour 1 cup
- ¼ tsp salt
- 125 ml water or as needed, ½ cup, lukewarm
- 2 teaspoons ghee optional
- wholemeal flour for rolling
Notes
- Chapatis can be kept outside for up to 2 days wrapped in aluminum foil or in an air-tight container. They can also be stored in the fridge for 5-6 days. Re-heat in a skillet.
