Yiaourti Me Meli - Greek Yogurt, Honey and Nuts

A simple Greek dessert with Greek yogurt, walnuts, cinnamon and honey. A no-bake treat that is full of protein. Vegetarian, gluten free.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon crushed walnuts
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1 tablespoon honey, more or less to taste
Instructions
- Spoon the yogurt into a small dessert dish. Sprinkle crushed walnuts over the top of the yogurt.
- You can toast the walnuts lightly in a hot skillet, if you'd like, to bring out more of their natural flavor. Sprinkle the yogurt with cinnamon and drizzle with honey. Serve.
