Ingredients

  • 1 envelope gelatin unflavoured; 1/4 oz
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream whipping cream; divided
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch sea salt coarse
  • 500 grams Greek yogurt plain thick; 2 cups / 17.6 oz
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pint raspberry optional, such as
  • 1 pint Blueberry
  • 1 pint strawberry
  • 1 cup granola (optional)

Notes

  • * grass-fed gelatin is my preferred one to use, but any will work in this recipe.
