Ingredients
- 1 envelope gelatin unflavoured; 1/4 oz
- 1.5 cups heavy cream whipping cream; divided
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 pinch sea salt coarse
- 500 grams Greek yogurt plain thick; 2 cups / 17.6 oz
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pint raspberry optional, such as
- 1 pint Blueberry
- 1 pint strawberry
- 1 cup granola (optional)
Notes
- * grass-fed gelatin is my preferred one to use, but any will work in this recipe.
