Ingredients
- 140 g spaghetti
- 20 g butter
- 3 garlic crushed, clove
- 130 g cream cheese
- 25 g parmesan
- 80 ml pasta water
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Put 140 g Spaghetti in a pan of boiling water, return to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Melt 20 g Butter in a pan and then add 3 Garlic clove. Cook on a low heat for 4 minutes.
- Add 130 g Cream cheese, 25 g Parmesan and 1 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper to the garlic butter and cook on a low heat.
- Stir until melted.
- Drain the cooked pasta, reserving 80 ml Pasta water and add the pasta and water to the cheese sauce and stir well.
Notes
- Using fresh tagliatelle can cut down cooking time further.
- Reserve pasta water to achieve a smooth, silky sauce.
- Add red chili flakes for a touch of spice if desired.
- A drizzle of olive oil before serving enhances flavor.
- Serve with extra parmesan and cracked black pepper to taste.
