Ingredients

Servings
  • 300 g self-rising flour
  • 350 g thick nonfat Plain Greek yogurt (or low-fat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan. Lightly flour the pan as well.
  2. Mix the dough: In a medium bowl, add the self-rising flour and plain Greek yogurt. Stir with a rubber spatula until a slightly sticky dough forms, ensuring there are no dry crumbs. Let the dough sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Shape the rolls: Transfer the dough to a floured surface. Shape it into a flat disc, then divide it into 8 equal portions. Lightly dust each piece with flour and roll them into balls.
  4. Bake the rolls: Arrange the dough balls in the greased pan, leaving space between each. Bake for 25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  5. Cool and serve: Let the rolls cool in the pan for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy them warm or at room temperature!
