3-Ingredient Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This 3-Ingredient Chocolate Avocado Pudding blends ripe banana, ripe avocado, and cocoa powder into a smooth, creamy dessert. The combination produces a naturally sweet, velvety pudding with a mild chocolate taste, suitable for a simple, dairy-free treat.

Description

The 3-Ingredient Chocolate Avocado Pudding combines ripe banana, soft avocado, and unsweetened cocoa powder to create a luscious chocolate pudding without dairy or refined sugars. The ripe banana adds natural sweetness and smooth texture, while the avocado delivers creaminess and a healthy fat content that mimics traditional pudding consistency. The cocoa powder imparts a rich chocolate flavor. Blending thoroughly ensures a smooth and creamy result. A splash of water can be added to help mixing, and maple syrup can be used to increase sweetness if desired. This pudding can be enjoyed immediately or chilled for a firmer texture. It's quick, uses whole fruits, and requires minimal preparation.
