  • cup Nutella plus more for filling
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. In a medium bowl, add the Nutella and the egg. Mix until just combined.
  3. Add the flour (all at once) and mix to medium speed for about 3 minutes or until you get a uniform sticky dough.
  4. Cover and place the dough in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Form 12/15 balls from the dough. (25 grams each)
  5. Use your finger or the bottom of a wooden spoon to press the center of each ball to form a well. You'll later fill this with more Nutella! (Note, this is optional, but highly recommended!)
  6. Place the balls 2 inches apart onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350°F until edges are golden, around 10 minutes.
  7. Let them cool for about 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Then, pipe more Nutella onto the cookies if you're planning to do this, and enjoy!
