3-Ingredient Strawberry Sage Popsicles

These 3-Ingredient Homemade Strawberry Popsicles are a refreshing treat with an added special ingredient--sage!

Ingredients
- 25 ounces strawberries (700 grams; 3 generous cups) (have them be hulled and whole)
- 3 tablespoons fresh sage leaves (torn)
- 2 cups water (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional; or to taste)

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender, process until smooth.
- Taste test for sweetness and keep in mind that the sage taste will mellow as it freezes.
- Pour into popsicle molds like these and freeze until solid. Enjoy!
Notes
- Because of how many toxins there are in water, I highly recommend using filtered water. Here's a post on How to Make Your Water Safe.
- You can substitute approximately 2 teaspoons of organic dried sage for the fresh sage.
- Any healthy sweetener of choice can be used instead of honey. 1/2 - 1 scoop of stevia (see How to Use Stevia) or 1 tablespoon xylitol would be great low-glycemic alternatives. Read this post on Substituting Sweeteners.
