30 Minute Dinner Rolls is the perfect solution when you want homemade bread but don't have much time. Enjoy fluffy rolls in 30 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 Tbsp butter softened at room temperature
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the 1 cup warm water, oil, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until the yeast is bubbly (approximately 10-15 minutes). Then stir in the beaten egg, softened butter and salt.
- With a stand mixer with a dough hook or by hand, add in the flour, 1/2 cup at a time until you have a soft dough that isn’t sticky (If your dough is still sticky after all the flour has been added then add in more flour 1 Tbsp at a time until the dough is no longer sticky). Then knead by hand 10 minutes or 5 minutes with a stand mixer.
- Form the dough into 12 balls (I spray my hands with non stick spray so the dough does not stick to my hands when forming the balls). Place in a greased 9X13 pan and cover with parchment paper and a kitchen towel.
- Let the dough rest and rise for approximately 10 minutes.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or just until browned.
