Ingredients
Dark Chocolate Cake
- 1/2 cup butter unsalted
- 2 tbsp dutch processed cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp black cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup yogurt plain, Greek
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Peppermint Buttercream
- 1 cup butter room temperature, unsalted
- 3 cups confectioners sugar aka icing sugar, powdered
- 2 tsp peppermint extract
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
Dark Chocolate Glaze
- 6 oz dark chocolate chopped
- 1/2 cup butter unsalted
- 1/4 cup milk whole
- 2 cups powdered sugar sifted, aka icing sugar
