Air Fryer Baby Potatoes. Truly crispy, addictive, perfectly seasoned, Mediterranean baby potatoes cooked in the air fryer. Quick prep and a perfect Mediterranean side on the family dinner table.

- Mixing bowl
Recipe Ingredients:
- 500 g baby potatoes
- 1 Tsp olive oil
- 2 Tsp steak seasoning
- sea salt
- fresh parsley

Instructions
- Place your baby potatoes in a mixing bowl.
- Add your marinade ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix well with your hands.
- Place the baby potatoes (with their marinade) into the air fryer and cook for 17 minutes at 160c/320f.
- Serve warm with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Mix. You can use any marinade when tossing your potatoes for the air fryer. I prefer steak seasoning as it has a little kick to it and works well with potatoes. You can also swap extra virgin olive oil for butter.
