Air Fryer Baked Apples (Stuffed)

These air fryer baked apples are caramelized, tender, and oozing with a sweet cinnamon-nut filling. Enjoy all the flavor of apple crisp with none of the fuss!

Ingredients

  • 4 honeycrisp apples about 1/3 lb in size
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans
  • 2 tbsp butter unsalted

Instructions

  1. Remove the core of the apples with a sharp paring knife or apple corer. Use a spoon to carve out more space for the filling if desired.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts.
  3. Fill each apple with the sugar mixture, then top with 1/2 tablespoon of butter.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Place the apples filling side up in the air fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until tender. Enjoy!
