Air Fryer Basil-Parmesan Salmon
Description
The recipe seasons skinless salmon fillets with lemon juice, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper. A mixture of mayonnaise, minced fresh basil, and grated Parmesan cheese is spread completely over the top surface of each fillet. Extra Parmesan is sprinkled over the basil layer to enhance flavor and texture. Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillet about 5 ounce each, skin removed

- 6 basil minced, plus more for garnish, fresh leaves
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese or romano cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400F. Spritz the basket with olive oil.
- Preheat the oven to 425F. Spritz a sheet pan with olive oil.
- Season the salmon with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
