Description

The recipe seasons skinless salmon fillets with lemon juice, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper.   • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • black pepper freshly ground
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (I like Sir Kensington)
  • 6 basil minced, plus more for garnish, fresh leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese or romano cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400F.  Spritz the basket with olive oil.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425F.  Spritz a sheet pan with olive oil.
  3. Season the salmon with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
