Air Fryer Bolognese Pizza

Bolognese Pizza. How to make a delicious Bolognese pizza from scratch. With bread machine pizza dough, leftover Bolognese and plenty of cheese. So easy, your kids can make it for you!

- Air Fryer Pizza Pan
Bolognese Pizza Ingredients:
- 500 g Leftover Pizza Dough
- 50 ml Leftover Instant Pot Bolognese Sauce
- 200 g cheddar cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 Tsp oregano

Instructions
- Create a bowl of grated cheese, slice your tomatoes, and grab your bowl of leftover Bolognese. Roll out your pizza dough into a pizza pan that will fit in the air fryer.
- Add a layer of Bolognese onto your pizza dough. Making sure there are no gaps and that you are not going too close to the edges.
- Add a good layer of grated cheese onto the pizza covering where the Bolognese has been.
- Load your pizza with tomato slices and sprinkle with oregano. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes at 160c/320f followed by a further 4 minutes at 180c/360f.
- When it beeps, serve, and enjoy.
Notes
- Size. We have made a small pizza so that it will fit in the air fryer basket. It is similar in size to an individual pizza at Pizza Hut. If feeding more people fill more than one pizza pan.
- Swaps. You can swap a Bolognese pizza for any pizza toppings or any leftovers that you need to use up.
