Equipments used:
Notes
- Cut the peppers and onions into similar-sized pieces to allow for even cooking.
- Turn the brats halfway through cooking.
- Check for doneness with a meat thermometer. Brats should reach a temperature of at least 160 F / 71 C.
- Be careful when inserting the thermometer probe into the meat, which sometimes causes the juices to spurt out.
- Cooking times can vary depending on the model of your air fryer.
- While the brats rest, feel free to toast the bread for 2 minutes or until golden.
- Store – Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge and eaten within 4 days. Reheat in the microwave.
- There are 8 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving (without buns).
