Super tender with crispy edges, these scrumptious Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts make an amazing low carb side for weeknight dinners, holidays or special occasions!

Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ¼ garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper to taste
- Optional: parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer at 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Wash the Brussels sprouts and trim the ends off. Peel the outer leaves and slice them in half.
- Add them to a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil, garlic salt and pepper. Toss to combine, then place them on your air fryer rack, cut side up.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until slightly charred. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the tops and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar or the (optional) grated parmesan cheese.
