This Brussels sprouts air fryer recipe is perfect for Thanksgiving or as an easy weeknight side dish. Drizzled with an easy maple Dijon sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Trim any dark ends from the Brussels sprouts roots. Cut very small Brussels sprouts in half through the root and medium- to large-sized Brussels sprouts in quarters.
- Place the cut Brussels sprouts in a medium-sized bowl. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper until coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F. Add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket. Cook at 370 degrees F until turning brown and tender when pierced with a fork, about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. If the Brussels sprouts aren’t quite done, cook for another couple of minutes.
- In a small bowl, stir together the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
- Transfer the Brussels sprouts a bowl. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar mixture on top and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
