Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts quartered
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Prep:
- Quarter the Brussels sprouts.
- Put them in a bowl with water to soak for 5 minutes. Drain water. You do this so the Brussels sprouts have some moisture inside of the air fryer and they don’t come out dry and burnt.
- Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and toss to coat well. Meanwhile, preheat air fryer to 360F for 5 minutes.
Cook:
- Cook the Brussels sprouts for 12 minutes, shaking the fryer basket at least twice while roasting.
Enjoy!
- Serve the Brussels sprouts with your favorite sides for a complete and delicious meal.
