A quicker and easier way to make brussels sprouts...in the air fryer! Delicious crispy exterior with a tender center. So delicious, these Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are the perfect side dish.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Brussels sprouts halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze optional
Instructions
- Prepare brussels sprouts by washing, removing any exterior leaves that look dirty or old and trimming the ends. Cut in half and set aside.
- Toss prepared Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add to the air fryer basket and air fry 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees F, tossing half way through. Brussels sprouts are done when edges and leaves are dark and crispy and centers are soft.
- Serve warm with balsamic glaze or any desired toppings.
