- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup Buffalo hot sauce

Instructions
- Cut the wings apart if they aren't separated into drumettes and flats. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Put the wings in a bowl and add the baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to mix.
- Put the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 360 degrees F for 18 minutes, flipping once.
- Verify the wings have reached 165 internally. Then, turn the heat to 400 degrees F and air fry for another 6 minutes.
- While the wings cook. melt the butter and mix it with the Buffalo sauce.
- Put the wings in a bowl and coat them with half the sauce.
- Put the wings back in the air fryer and cook at 350 F for 3 minutes.
- Serve with the remaining sauce.
Notes
- After saucing the wings, you can skip the last 3 minutes in the air fryer.
- The butter and hot sauce make a quick and easy wing sauce. But feel free to use your favorite wing sauce instead.
- For crispy wings keep them in a single layer in the air fryer. My 5.8-quart air fryer will hold 2 pounds of wings, but if you have a smaller one, you might need to cook the wings in batches.
- After saucing the wings, you can skip the last 3 minutes in the air fryer. It caramelizes the sauce a bit, but if you can't wait, just dig in.
