Air Fryer Burgers

These air fryer burgers are incredibly juicy, tender and so easy! No mess and cooked in 10 minutes? Yes please!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb (1kg) ground beef or beef mince
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs ½ cup dried breadcrumbs, fresh
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until everything is combined well.
  2. With wet hands, form the mixture into 6-8 burger patties just slightly larger than the burger buns you're planning on serving. The patties will shrink slightly while cooking.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F/205°C.
  4. Add the burgers to the air fryer basket and spray with oil.
  5. Air fry for 5 minutes, flip over then brush with barbecue sauce and air fry for another 5 minutes or until the patties are done to your preference.
  6. Serve the burgers with all your favorite toppings on toasted buns.
