Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse 650 g New potatoes under cold water.
  2. Put the potatoes into a large bowl and add 1 tablespoon Olive oil and 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning.
  3. Toss well to ensure all the potatoes are coated.
  4. Put into the air fryer and cook at 190°C/375°F for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Serve topped with grated Parmesan and chopped herbs (optional).

Notes

  • Rinse canned potatoes before cooking to lower sodium content.
  • Cut larger potatoes to uniform sizes for even cooking in the air fryer.
