Description

Ingredients
- 650 g potato canned; drained weight, new
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- parmesan grated; optional
Instructions
- Drain and rinse 650 g New potatoes under cold water.
- Put the potatoes into a large bowl and add 1 tablespoon Olive oil and 2 tablespoon Italian seasoning.
- Toss well to ensure all the potatoes are coated.
- Put into the air fryer and cook at 190°C/375°F for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve topped with grated Parmesan and chopped herbs (optional).
Notes
- Rinse canned potatoes before cooking to lower sodium content.
- Cut larger potatoes to uniform sizes for even cooking in the air fryer.
- Adjust cooking time if you cut potatoes smaller or larger.
