- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese optional, for serving
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley optional, for serving
Instructions

- Air-fry the carrot fries: Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with an oil spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the carrot fries in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 8-12 minutes. Don't forget to give the gently shake the basket halfway.
- Garnish and serve: Transfer the carrot fries to a serving plate once they are golden and crispy. You can sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley.
