- 1 lb sweet potatoes
- 1 ½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp fine sea salt or to taste
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper or to taste
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp ground paprika

- Prep the Potatoes - the sweet potatoes into ¼-inch-thick slices, making sure they are all uniform in size for even cooking.
- Drizzle Oil - Add the fries to a large mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to combine.
- Season - In a separate dish, combine the salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the potatoes and toss to combine.
- Air Fry - Transfer the fries to an air fryer basket and cook in a basket-style air fryer at 375°F for about 12-14 minutes or a toaster-style air fryer at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway. Air fry until golden brown and crisp on the outside. Timing may vary depending on the air fryer style you have.
- Serve - Garnish with cilantro or grated parmesan if desired and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Storage
- Refrigerate: Allow leftovers to cool, and then package in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- To Freeze: Allow the leftovers to cool completely, and then spread onto a baking sheet. Flash freeze in the freezer, and then put the frozen fries into an airtight container or bag. Reheat from frozen.
- Reheat: Place fries in the air fryer basket and reheat until crispy and warmed through.
