Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces on the bias
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, add carrots, olive oil, and salt and pepper (I like at least 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper). Toss to combine. Transfer the carrots to the basket of an air fryer (work in batches if necessary).
- Air fry at 400 degrees until the carrots are fork-tender with browned edges, about 10 to 15 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
