These carrots are perfectly seasoned and then air-fried until crispy on the outside, tender on the inside!

Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots (about 5 medium-sized carrots)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- kosher salt to taste

Instructions
- Wash & peel carrots and cut into sticks, about ½" thick. If using packaged baby carrots leave them whole.
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F.
- Toss carrots with olive oil & cumin, sprinkle with salt.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook 10-14 minutes or until carrots reach desired texture.
Notes
- Garden carrots tend to cook faster than store-bought carrots so check the carrots early to ensure they don't overcook.
- Different air fryers cook at different rates. Check your veggies early so they don't overcook.
