Ingredients
- 16 oz chicken breast
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs

Instructions
- Cut chicken in half lengthwise. Using a meat tenderizer, pound the chicken until it has the same thickness across.
- In a medium bowl, combine the parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. Set aside.
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, followed by an immediate dunk in the bread crumbs mixture.
- Place the breaded chicken in the air fryer basket, being careful not to overlap he pieces on top of one another.
- Air fry the chicken at 400°F for 5 minutes. Flip the chicken over and spread marinara sauce in the center of each piece, followed by a handful of mozzarella.
